Built on Craft. Built on Experience. Built to Last. The Craftsman Behind the Work

Brent Martin, Owner of Brent Martin Masonry, began his journey in the masonry trade at just 19 years old as an apprentice bricklayer and stonemason. From the beginning, Brent learned the craft from the ground up, developing the skill, discipline, and attention to detail that have become the foundation of his work.

By the age of 23, Brent had advanced to the position of non-union Journeyman Foreman, taking on greater responsibility in the field and gaining valuable experience leading masonry crews and projects.

Wanting to further develop his craft and expand his professional experience, Brent went on to join the union, completing a two-year apprenticeship and continuing to build upon the skills he had developed throughout his career. In 2008, he earned his California C-29 Masonry Contractor license and established Brent Martin Masonry.

From the beginning, Brent built his company around a simple philosophy:

Do the work right, take pride in the craft, and build something that will stand the test of time.

Licensed. Insured. Experienced.

Brent Martin Masonry is a California licensed C-29 Masonry Contractor, CSLB #905895, and is fully insured and bonded.

After decades in the trade, Brent still believes that masonry is more than simply placing brick, block, or stone. It is a craft, one built by hand, one course at a time, with the knowledge that the work being completed today may still be standing generations from now.

That philosophy continues to guide every project today, from large commercial and prevailing-wage projects to custom residential masonry. With decades of hands-on experience in brick, block, and stone, Brent brings the knowledge of a craftsman, the experience of a foreman, and the responsibility of a licensed contractor to every job.
